I've had a bit of a dry spell lately with most books in the C to B range, but this last week was spectacular - probably because two of the three books I read were from series that I love:

Banishing The Dark - Jenn Bennett - rating: A+ - final book in one of my favorite UF series (Arcadia Bell). If you like UF and romance, I would highly recommend this series. It's definitely UF but it also features a lovely romance between Cady and Lon. She's only 25 but very mature, while he's 40 and has a teenage son. The two of them actually rely each other, don't hide things, and build a strong relationship over the course of the 4 books.

Mate Claimed - Jennifer Ashley - rating: B+ - If you like Jennifer's MacKenzies series, you should check out her PNR series.

Make It Count - Megan Erickson - rating: A - an NA featuring a nerdy hero and a dyslexic heroine (best of all, it's on sale for $1.99). For anyone who read and enjoyed The Ivy Years series by Sarina Bowen, this has a similar feel.
