I've just been on vacation for a week and took the T68 with me. I want to say that I've used it a LOT (with backlight on too) in the aiport, airplane and during my vacation. The battery performed very very well.
The caveat is no wifi usage though. As soon as I've turned the wifi on to read some news, then the battery went down precipitously.
Regardless, I'm happy that at least in one scenario it performs admirably
