I tried it (thanks for the titles

) and it wouldn't work/open for me. I added 6 different combinations with no result. I don't have a middle name.

I used the Tampermonkey script to download. Greasemonkey told me I had an invalid credit card.

Added: Also, tried Nook for PC (new install) and it told me I had an expired credit card. No downloads there.
