Fixed in v2.6

I just tested v2.6 on both a desktop non-touch machine and a touch-based tablet, both running Win 8.1u1. The new menus work fine, both with a true mouse right-click and with a press-and-hold action on the tablet.

Very nice "fix". Thanks again.
