Did you try downloading the update directly from the ereader's browser? That's what caused me to have failed updates... Once I loaded over USB from a PC it worked.
By the way, I got my replacement T68. Touches feel a bit better. Can't be sure if it's "fixed" though. And there's another minor (hardware) issue with my new unit. Looking into that too
Latest update solved the issue with Neo Reader forgetting where in a pdf you were reading, when closing and reopening it.
