Yes, same here. Did you just change your payment info? I haven't used B&N for a while, so I had to enter new default payment info before I could redownload and secure my old purchases. But now nothing I enter generates a key that will work with them. I've got eight different keys in there now with every possible form of name I can think of (including just last name as suggested above), but nothing is working (and I've had working B&N keys in the past no problem).
I'm very worried that part of their "security update" includes changing how they generate the keys. Has anyone who has
updated their info since these changes managed to make a working key?
