Definitely got some problems.
I just got an email from Amazon, I will get my replacement towards the end of November. I don't think so... they can just give me my money back.

Did you try a factory reset? Or better yet
call Amazon maybe they can reflash the device. I would call and ask to talk to a Kindle specialist. Chat and email wont do in this case. You need to call them though or you wont get special treatment.
