There's more to it than that. Traditionally, the touch is constructed with cheaper components and building materials. It has cheaper cameras, fewer sensors, etc. Maybe $199 might be cutting it close for the 16GB model and a jump to the $229 initial price point would be more realistic; but the price points for the 64GB and 128GB models are realistic considering they involve $100 bumps for NAND costing far less than that.
