Anyone can comment on return/replacement process?
I'm not so worry about technical support since for that I come here before going to manufacture's site anyway

. I've read about the long long replacement process including sometimes they just simply refused. That's a lot different from Amazon 2-day advance shipping replacement process. Also, Kobo website only accept Visa and MasterCard, and my credit card with those are not so generous with buyer protection compared to AMEX or Discover, which make me even more worried.
