I asked them a simple question: 'Why can't I get an Analog magazine subscription through you when Analog claims you are one of their e-retailers?', and it took a 4-ply (in chess terms
) mail exchange for them to grasp my question and answer it... 'Georestrictions', of course, although Amazon will sell it to me without qualms.
