The Heart of a Leader: Insights on the Art of Influence by Ken Blanchard is a set of motivational quotes with commentary and advice on mostly-business management and personal leadership, free courtesy of Christian publisher David C. Cook.
I had a flipthrough this, and most of the quotes are from secular sources such as Winston Churchill, and the commentary is not overtly religious. Also, Blanchard has written secular management motivational books for FT Press, which we've previously received as freebies in the past, so if you liked those, you'll probably want to get this one as well.
