Just finished:
The Dark Elf trilogy and the Icewind Dale trilogy by R. A. Salvatore. (yeah, thats 6 books). Good, but its a tale.
Also just finished: The Black Swan by N. N. Taleb. Excellent!
Reading now: The First Law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. Very good so far.
