Early access applies to two different websites -- Amazon Lightning Deals and MyHabit.

MyHabit is one of many stores Amazon has purchased over the years. Amazon frequently has a hands off policy and gives these stores great latitude to operate as they see fit in order to maintain the brand. Amazon logins will work, but other policies will be up to the stores. So Prime shipping is out.

You should be able to get Prime shipping for the Amazon Lightning Deals.
