Update.....in case anyone is interested, I called Kobo today. I had not received an answer to my email after four days so I decided to call.

The Customer service person said my Aura was still in processing and had NOT shipped.

She then said the estimated arrival date was this Friday, the 17th. Then she gave me a tracking number for Canada Post which showed it shipped last Friday from Canada and was now in the U.S.

I hope this isn't a omen of things to come.
