There has been many discussions of this topic many times before and I always tell people about a Washington, DC company that specializes in batteries. Their slogan is "if it runs on batteries we have it." The company is called Batteries Plus and they do ship, although I don't know if they ship to the other side of the pond, although its worth asking them about.
