I love sardines. Yep, the food is great but you really have to go to NOLA for the good stuff. The Louisiana Seafood Festival was this weekend in City Park, of course. The second day, I had Drago's chargrilled oysters and an oyster po-boy from the Redfish Grill booth. Both were outstanding. I am still dreaming of those oysters, especially the po-boy.
Anyway, the last thing I ate was srambled egg whites and mozzarella in a mug (the microwave recipe). I put it over some pretty good whole-grain bread that I spread 1 oz of avocado on.
