What I do is use generate cover on Calibre and use the main cover and part of the new cover but add the name of the story to it.
Yay for getting your flu shot! She told me the flu isn't out yet so they can't say if this shot will work on it when it comes out but it's our best defense. I wonder if it's like that every year?
