I pre-ordered my H20 on Sept 20th, was charged on the 29th. I waited until the 30th to call Kobo who saw my purchase but said my H20 had not been shipped yet. I was told it -should- ship the next day (October 1st). October 2nd rolled around without any news from Kobo so I called again and was told to call back on the following Monday (October 6th). I called October 6th as I -still- did not have any news from Kobo about my shipping info. I was then given a tracking number which showed my device was out for delivery.

Flash forward to today, I never got an official email from Kobo with the tracking number save for the one generated by CS when I called. But I have been enjoying my H20 since about 1:30pm EST.

According to the tracking info it shipped out in the afternoon of October 2nd, so it was a fast turn around once shipped it was just frustrating waiting for the tracking number.

I would suggest calling Kobo, chances are your device has been shipped.
