True. Although there is no compiled binary from Kovid, linux ARM distros will create their own packages, and the calibre source code is not incompatible with ARM.

In fact, the Pi has been mentioned here on MR before, and Kovid walked a few people through building it from source -- but I would suggest using ArchLinuxArm, since they are up to date and only Raspbian etc. require you to compile all your own software in order to reach modern times.

Windows RT users are left out in the cold but then you deserve everything if you use that abomination.
