My H20 darker at the top than the bottom, I've posted a picture in the First Impressions thread, so it's going back today as faulty.

I wanted to pass on something I found out this morning. The reason Argos are so reluctant to allow returns is that its a data capture device and when you turn it on it starts the set up process, however when you sign out of your kobo account it resets the reader back to the sign in process. I doesn't delete any books or tweak, you'd have to do that first, but for all intent and purpose it's back to factory spec.

To set up the reader again you need to log in with an email account. For the purpose of showing Argos why it's faulty I set it up with a completely fictitious email address, which the reader accepted, as it doesn't validate anywhere. You can skip the payment details. I added a free classic book via Calibre.
