I though I preferred physical buttons to touch controls until I got my Nook ST. The buttons on the Nook are too tight and tiresome to be used continuously (with my RSI fingers, at least), so I switched to tapping edges of the screen and never looked back.
There are occasions when I have to tap twice to turn a page on my current Aura HD, but on the other side I like
not having buttons on the book I read
