I stood at the customer service counter for five minutes before asking an associate walking by to find someone to help me out. He couldn't find anyone and suggested I go to the check-out area. The gals there pointed back to the customer service, said they didn't know how to process the transaction, and THEN when they found someone who knew, they couldn't be bothered learning how to do it themselves.
No matter, I've been playing with this cute lil thing (the sound really isn't all that great on it, but I don't plan to use it for listening purposes) all morning.
