My name is Lisa, I'm nearly 60 years old, an expat American who has been living in Germany for about the last 30 years. Married to a German, with two grown bilingual and bicultural kids.

I work with adult Germans who need to improve their spoken English for business reasons.

I read a lot for my work and for general pleasure. For work, I look for interesting articles to read with my customers to broaden their vocabulary and American cultural knowledge. For pleasure I bounce between thriller/mysteries and literature.

I've had my kindle paperwhite for a year now, but have only read four or five novels on it, I've had some trouble getting used to it. And I have come to this forum in search of a better way to manage a potential library on the silly thing.

So - I am off to see if I can find the right location here for that sort of stuff. Nice to meet you all.
