I'm not a new customer either, yet I still get some of these offers. In June, I signed up for the CNET 3-month $1.95 promo. Then I cancelled it last month on the day before I was to be charged full price. Immediately after cancelling that promo, I successfully signed up for the Twit 30-day 2 free credits promo. Several days ago, I tried to cancel it and Audible offered me another free month/credit.

So that's where I stand now. Next week, I'll spend that credit and cancel again. After that, I'll attempt to sign up for another offer. Moral of the story is to always try. You may get lucky.
