Probably itīs easier to buy a new computer when it helps ;-)

Thanks so far, i will try this as soon i have time for.
Did you read my post on the first page? There are only two differences between the Kobo driver in 1.48 and the current calibre release: The supported firmware version has been bumped to 3.8.0 and the device ids for Aura H2O have been added. There is no functional changes unless you have a H2O. That means that for you Glo, if you do as I said in my post, you will get full support of the device with whatever firmware you have installed.

This is what you should do:

- Download and install calibre v1.48. eschwartz gave you the link.
- Start calibre.
- Open the preference, go to the Plugins section and find the KoboTouch driver.
- Open the drivers configuration and check the "Attempt to support newer firmware".
- Save the changes and connect the device.

This will work and will work for at least the next firmware version. And probably for a lot more. Kobo are not in a hurry to change the basic firmware.
