Trust you on what? That there is clear evidence of doctoring because your "realistic contrast" is very slightly lower? Are you worried about the color because your "realistic contrast" uses an almost perfect white light source / white balance? Worried about the uneven lighting compared to your "realistic contrast" studio lighting?
Humor me and put up both histograms side by side for the "fake" and your "realistic" picture.
