You have to encourage Yelp reviews. I think that's the big problem with that site in general. People go on about the negatives, and make it seem like an end of the world experience. And then that happens to be the only one, or the spotlight post in a list of five.

It's one of the reasons why I help my favorite developers on the Amazon Appstore, because they absolutely need to have as many positive voices as they can get. People don't understand permissions, and they don't understand WHY developers use them, and they falsely interpret that they are for stealing and selling your info, when it's just a way for a developer to figure out how you interact with their apps, and if they can make it better.

It is perfectly acceptable to kick someone out for using your wifi if they're there on your dime. And it is perfectly acceptable to call the police if they refuse to leave.

I would not let someone get away with running their business at my business.
