As far as I can tell, the hyphenation works the same as the Aura and Aura HD using 3.8.0 reading about 35 books. This is using English. I have exactly one German language book and couldn't tell you if it was hyphenating properly or not though I can say it did hyphenate at what I thought were odd spots when I opened it just now.

I only read a couple of books before updating to 3.8.0 from 3.7.0 but 3.7.0 also hyphenated.
