Ehhh, That doesn't really bother me, and it's not an upgrade that alone is worth paying for.
And yeah, I have reduce motion on. I don't know if it really helps, considering that iOS 7 was pretty laggy in the App Store, and now it isn't in iOS 8.1 Beta 2. But I had to turn it off to begin with because it was giving me vertigo during the iOS 7 betas.
