Here's a new battery test of mine. 5 days without shuting down, wifi off except for a few short bursts to download books. screen was on with minimum backlight for 2 full days (8-10 hours I'd say) and a couple of hours the other 3 days.
Went from 100% to 59%. Pretty respectable.
(note that the screen on, awake and wifi indicators at the bottom of the screen do not show true data)
Anyway, I sent it back yesterday (for the TS problem). Expecting replacement tomorrow.
