@silmar - in the August MS Update there was a patch that corrupted the installer service on some systems, see ==>> MS14-049: Update for Windows Installer Service

This could be the cause of your problem. I think it was fixed in a flying fix or in the September Windows Update. Otherwise follow instructions on the MS page.

But I suggest you google for Windows 7 Object not Found, other causes have been malware or broken Windows.
