This a rather personal choice. Some apps respect a book's CSS better than others, while other apps have better styling, and yet other apps have other capabilities.

The usual suspects are moon+, fbreader, mantano, and cool reader. This is not an exhaustive list. I use moon+ pro because I like its ability to sync across devices and I don't care about the CSS rendering issues that others report.

Do note that like Kindle for Android, Aldiko doesn't play very well with CC. It wants to "import" the books, and after it does that it won't update metadata. I also am not sure that CC can launch aldiko and have it open the book at the point last read.
