Any store that sells computer or tablets with touch screens should sell capacitive stylus for touch screens. Buy from store with good return policy or take your device to store to try before buying. If you have Kobo eink reader with IR touch screen anything that reliably breaks IR beam (is wide enough but not too wide) will work. This could include anything from a brush to chopstick or stylus. Use something that will not scratch screen.
