Barnes & Noble has a sale going on now, under the rubric "101 NOOK Books Under $2.99." The linky is http://www.barnesandnoble.com/u/eboo...ess/379003856?.

Most of the books are fiction; therefore, I've put this information about the sale in the general fiction thread.

I am not a "fiction guy," so I don't have personal knowledge of whether or not any of the books on sale are good ones. But many of them have good ratings.

I hesitate to purchase from B&N now, to be honest with you, because of their very recent change in policy to where you are not allowed to download ebooks anymore that you've acquired from them. You are able only to read them on their proprietary readers now. I'm making this post because you may not share my scruples about dealing with B&N. Too, you might be interested in seeing what's on sale and then checking with Amazon or wherever to see if they're matching prices if you find ebooks that you are interested in.
