Thanks! I did use my lunch break to call that number.

The first person I got through to was able to look up my order fairly easily, and gave me a tracking number, saying it was for Canada Post. Unfortunately, Canada Post rejected it as invalid; it's about three digits too short, for one thing. So mine is wrong too.

I received an email with a ticket number, so I phoned the number you gave again and punched in the ticket number. The new person couldn't find me or my order in the database for most of the rest of the hour. To be fair, a good chunk of that time was spent on hold waiting for a supervisor who never answered.

Finally, the second person realized she needed to clear the filter field in her database search form, and found my order record. She gave me the same broken Canada Post number.

The second person offered to forward my information to the Direct Orders department. I'm supposed to receive an email from them in 24-48 hours. I don't know what good that will do, but I guess we'll see.
