Here is what I'm using for library ID : wilbor.lib.overdrive.com
Wilbor uses a sign in sequence that I haven't seen before with OverDrive libraries. I will need to change the plugin to be able to sign in successfully there.

In the mean time you can use the plugin to find non-OverDrive Advantage titles at Wilbor by changing the configuration to remove the sign in information for that library. (Blank out the Branch ID, Card Number and Card PIN fields.)
