At one time Daylight Saving Time (DST) sort of made sense since it moved an hour of daylight into the later day, supposedly saving energy. But with changes in technology and society the effect on energy saving is likely minimal.
Plus, it creates confusion, and it has become even more confusing as the first and last day of DST has been moved further and further apart. Adding more confusion is that some areas of the U. S. don't observe DST (such as the State of Indiana, except for the northeastern corner of the state).
But this isn't confusing: I win.

I equate Monday morning with pure, unadulterated
EVIL. I, as Benevolent Evil Lord, should not
have to get up in the wee hours of the morning, five days a week, just to go to work to make a living. I'm a Benevolent Evil Lord, for goodness sake - Lording should be my living! And it should come to me, I shouldn't have to go to it!
And not so early in the morning, thank you very much! It's a conspiracy I tell you - all part of the Govenment's plan to keep us Evil Lords down!
