The problem I think really lies in the first CS contact. They gave a $5 app credit, which can basically be used like coins are, but can not be used to buy coins.
It didn't to me. I read it three times before I got the meaning of mention of the Kindle book. Maybe I just think like them I don't know. *shrugs*
