Looked pretty plain to me.

She contacted Amazon & instead of just giving her the coins they gave her a credit.

She tried to use said credit to buy the coins.

Credit wasn't applied to the coin purchase.

She dislikes One-Click because if a regular checkout could be used she would have known that it was going to charge her card & not use the credit. She mentioned in passing why she dislikes One-Click & that it also often stops her from buying Kindle books.



The problem I think really lies in the first CS contact. They gave a $5 app credit, which can basically be used like coins are, but can not be used to buy coins.
