class QTextEdit’ has no member named ‘setPlaceholderText’

I don't believe QTextEdit had a setPlaceholderText method in Qt5.1.1.

If I had to guess, I'd say that particular section of code makes Qt5.3 an (unenforced) minimum requirement for building Sigil.
