Hi

3 days ago i received an H2O, follow the guide step by step, and it update to 3.7.0.
I tried to connect it to Win 7 64 bit Home Premium, but after 3 days of pain still I can't manage it.
Windows ask me to "format disk F".....
The only way I found was a total soft reset and then I refuse the Wifi authentication, so Win recognize as a Kobo reader and I can see and manage all its files.
In this case Calibre recognize the device.
Kobo desktop never recognized it, also if Win did.
So said if I unplug the Kobo, next time Win wont recognize it, but ask me to format bla bla bla......
Then I manually update it to 3.8.0 mk5, but nothing changed.
Please help me
