ePub opens in browser instead of downloading

On my Windows laptop, when I click a link for an ePub book, it opens in the browser (Firefox). I've verified that I don't have any ePub add-ons installed in the browser. The URL shows up like this one from the Baen Free Library "chrome://lucidor/content/viewepub.xul?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.baenebooks.com%2 F10.1125%2FBaen%2F1439132879%2FFledgling.epub".

I cannot figure out how to disable this and simply have the browser ask me if the file should be opened or saved. Does anyone have a suggestion?
