Well, at least here in Belgium /Netherlands I was able to return my H2O and ask for a replacement without any questions asked. The return is free, too: just print a shipping label and voilą... just like Amazon. Bought it at Bol.com.
Perhaps a reassurance for my fellow countrymen, if any?
