Glad to know I'm not the only one displeased with Kobo's ordering/shipping system.
I was charged on the 29th, I still have not had a tracking number emailed to me. I called on Sept 30th, and then again on Oct 2nd. On the 30th CS told me it should ship out on the first of October. I still didn't have a number on the 2nd, when I called I was told it still had not shipped and to call back on Monday the 6th. If my H20 isn't here or at the very least shipped CS is going to see a much less understanding side of me.
This is also why I wish Kobo would invest in getting their products back in to US retailers.
