Hi,

I'm running calibre 2.5 on a windows 8, 64-bit computer. I have set up a uder defined category called genre with is hierarchical (e.g. genre.subgenre).

I have encountered two problems I would appreciate any help with:

1. When I look at the tag browser some (but not all) sub genres appear greyed out and I do not understand why. When I select them with the cursor all books are listed within the subgenre. What does it mean that it is greyed out?

2. When I access my calibre library from my android tab moonreader+ pro ebook-reader the sub-genres that are greyed out do not appear at all, and in the sub-genres that are visible, not all books are shown. Why is that so?
