I admit I'm tempted, but I have a kindle keyboard that I keep as backup. I use a kindle touch at bedtime, as I prefer a non lit screen at night, and a kindle pw2 for the rest of the time. They provide a great reading experience, so really, I can't think of one decent reason to upgrade. Rationalization yes, but reason, no.
