Yes it only takes once to get hit hard and I'm ready for mine. I know it isn't fool proof but it does protect you from the worst of it. Still wash those hands, carry hand sanitizer with you and Kleenex. I even carry latex gloves with me for emergencies. I caught mine from a kiss from my hubby before he became ill and called it a bad chest cold

He caught his from work.
