Cloud update is non functional at this time as far as I know. There is also the thing about remembering to remove any external SD card from the reader, prior to attempting an update.

I just checked my reciept; my T68 is also a UHDML from eReader Store, so as long as you use the 2014-09-26 update for the T68, it should be safe.
