The good points (imo):
-Fan -- fanless

-Battery -- S11 (8.25 hrs) / S13 (7.75 hrs) (if it is on real usage...)

-price OO.

The bads:
-OS -- Windows 8.1 (not touch screen? I think W8.1 is designed for touch screens).

-GPU -- Intel HD Graphics (not for gamers at all...)
