I tried it on two titles actually from the list that popped up when I used @jeesc's link, and it didn't work on either.
I wondered if it is perhaps country specific - many of the titles seemed to pertain to Australia, and so maybe it is specific to the Kobo Australia store. I was too lazy to try that out though - I wasn't all that enamored of either of the books.
P.S. I was shopping in the US store when I tried the two books off the list.
